Our customer service hours are Monday thru Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST), every week of the year except holidays. Our retail store hours are Tuesday thru Thursday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST), Friday and Saturday 11:00 AM thru 8:00 PM (EST). Our tournament center maintains the same hours as our retail store, however the game room remains open as long as there is an event in progress.
